The purpose of this letter is to formally commend Jose [J.D.] Mora for the excellent service he provided throughout my home buying experience.  In my opinion, the level of service that Mr. Mora extended to me was far beyond my expectations. 

I began looking for a home in 2007 with an agent from another company.  Needless to say, his skills left something to be desired.  He could not find me a home and I always felt last on his list.  I had given up on looking for a home because I had lost trust in agents.  After speaking with my loan officer, he suggested I call Jose.  After meeting Jose, for the first time I began to feel that home ownership was in my grasp.  Within 3 months of meeting Jose, he was able to find a home that I love.

What particularly impressed me about Jose was the level of service provided.  This being my first home, I had lots of questions.  There was no question too big or too small for Jose.  He answered all my questions before, during, and after closing.

In closing, I believe that Jose Mora truly deserves to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support well beyond my expectations.

It has been my distinct pleasure to work with Jim and Lorrie Olsen as realtors in my search for my new home.  I ran into Jim at the realty kiosk in the AV mall, and he was open and friendly while I asked my questions.  He gave me his card and I contacted him on behalf of my father, who was searching for an investment property at the time.  Jim took us out, and we decided against purchasing at that time. 

When I decided a year later to search for a house of my own, I knew immediately that I should contact Jim.  He left a strong impression with his honest, professional, yet relaxed demeanor.  This, I knew, was who I needed to help me search for a house that fit my needs and personality. 

At this point, I also met Lorrie.  Her knowledge of the process, contracts, and other facets of the process was invaluable to me.  I had little to no background in real estate, so having both at my side was a true comfort.  They helped me line up a mortgage broker who would work hard on my behalf, a contractor to independently inspect my house, and others who provided me with valuable input and advice. 

As we began our search, Jim and Lorrie really made an attempt to figure out the types of houses my family and I appreciated.  They asked clarifying questions, and would attempt to suggest homes that would best fit our needs.  They never rushed us, or pushed us in any one direction.  They gave me the information I needed to make my own decision, and at no point did they attempt to press me for a sale. 

Once my decision was made, they worked fast and diligently on my behalf.  Through coordination with the selling agent, they pushed my short sale through faster than many standard escrows, and met all my needs for information and timing.  I was kept in the loop at all times and felt confident that I was getting the best service possible. 

Overall, their dedication and hard work has left a distinctly positive impression on me.  They have represented your office and your company well.  I know when I go to sell my home, Jim and Lorrie Olsen will be my first phone call.

We are writing you regarding your agents, Jan Davis and Frank Astourian.  They are the people who got us the home of our dreams.

My husband and I are both first time homebuyers and were very nervous starting the home search and purchase process.  We went to your office almost a year ago, and met Jan and Frank.  After all the time they spent with us at the office and showing us homes, we found out we needed to wait until this year to purchase a home.  At that time we promised we would return to them as our agents.
